Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. Once tickets are purchased, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds are only issued if the event producer cancels the event without a rescheduled date. The producer will make their best attempt to reschedule the event with the original artist lineup in the event of severe inclement weather promptly.

Other Policies

The event will take place rain or shine. Mandatory fees, including ticket service fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the event is canceled without a rescheduled date by the producer.
